Chadwick Xu is co-founder & CEO of SVV (Shenzhen Valley Ventures) a platform designed to support corporate & startup innovation. SVV is a complete end-to-end service provider, they specialize in product development, from prototyping through to small batch production.

Chadwick was also co-founder of one of China's largest manufacturing companies, ZOWEE Technology. ZOWEE's clients consist of global brands such as Lenovo, Huawei, Xiaomi, Nokia, and many more. They produce over 100M products annually. After co-founding ZOWEE in 2004 and making an IPO in 2010, Chad went onto forming SVV to assist innovation.
